Technical support options are provided on our order form. You can renew RealtyStar' help for US$79.00 per year. Manufacturer's tech support is also available for US$99.00 per year.

| GST is payable in Canada.
Shipping is located across North America and Canada and close of shipping for the day does vary, some closing as early as 1:00 pm Eastern. Overnight and 2-3 day shipments are processed immediately for the next possible shipping, and terms are relative to post-shipping service. ie: 2-3 business days after shipping. Please note that UPS does not include day of pickup in terms. |

| As specified by Manufacturer. FNRES Software runs as a demo or you can register and test software. Within 15-days of receipt, you may return it for refund.
GENERAL: RMA Numbers are required for all FNRES returns.
OTHER: A 15% Restocking Charge will be applied if software is returned without pre-authorization or RMA number.
NON-REFUNDABLE: Freight is non-refundable. |
