| Except for shipments to Canada, tax is not charged. Canadian shipments must pay GST.
Freight rates DO vary slightly - and are determined by individual manufacturers. Freight will be adjusted for the following:-
DAVE BESON - freight will be $14.00 for standard and $33.00 for overnight. JIM CASEY - charges $20.00 flat rate for standard service. |

| As specified by Manufacturer. General Policy is that software must be returned UNOPENED within 14 days, unless otherwise stated. FNIS Software runs as a demo. Freight is non-refundable in all cases.
GENERAL: RMA Numbers are required for ALL FNIS returns. Product must returned within 15 days.
NON-RETURNABLE: Upgrades, Manuals, Replacement Items and Customized Products are non-refundable. |
