| AgentOffice Personal Edition is a stand alone Real Estate Contact Management system that is an Outlook 2007 - 2010 add-in. Personal Edition comes with 3 user capability and a 4th user can be added for an additional $15.00 per month. Personal Edition does not contain all the features of AgentOffice v.10. It does provide better "apps" connectivity and includes software updates and technical support. Should you be chosing to replace your full AgentOffice v.10 with Personal Edition, your basic contact data will import, however the manufacturer recommends you run AgentOffice original version alongside for your detailed history and notes instead of importing to Personal Edition.. Personal Edition does not inlcude the CMA or Marketing and Presentation Designer that v.10 does. There is a customizable activity plan feature,and some templates brought over from AgentOffice v.10 . Data sync via Cloud technology so your data between team members is automatically in sync. If you prefer to begin with a 15-day trial product you must select that option on the order form.
