| Except for shipments to Canada, tax is not charged. Canadian shipments must pay GST.
Freight rates DO vary slightly - AND ARE PER ITEM in most cases. Adjustments will be made where necessary (various mfgr's - various items) on one order will require freight adjustment. Casey Traiining DVD's always carry and additional $25.00 freight since they ship from a different location. |

NON-RETURNABLE - NON REFUNDABLE: Upgrades, Manuals, Replacement Items, Downloaded Product and Customized Products are non-refundable.
Unless SPECIFICED on your order page, assume a no return policy is in effect.
AgentOffice Software is available to view before purchase as a demo. There is a no refund policy in place on this software by the manufacturer.
General Policy is that software must be returned UNOPENED within 14 days, unless otherwise stated. Freight is non-refundable in all cases.
OTHER: A maximum 15% Restocking Charge may be applied to returns in accordance with Manufacturer's Agreements.
