AgentOffice runs on XP, Vista and Windows 7.  AgentOffice runs as well on a MAC as it does on a PC.  Your MAC® usually comes with the Power PC chip (which allows MAC® users to run Windows® applications).   Sync for Blackberry or Palm o/s handhelds is included.   If you are needing to sync with an IPhone or any Windows Mobile device, you need to add the Intellisync for AgentOffice to your purchase and you need to be running your Outook on the PC side of your MAC® since sync for Windows o/s devices is done via Outlook.

You can register with a Team Name 
   Example: The HomeSmith Team.  Assistants must be sharing the same database. Additional assistants can be purchased as needed.
You can register in dual names.  For example:  Joe & Sally Smith
The Registered Name(s) must show on every document.  You register your software yourself when it arrives.  It is not done before shipping.
Each Agent wanting to manage their own clients, needs to have their own software.  

Import capabilities  You can import from any standard Windows ODBC (open database concept) program.  Top Producer® allows you to export basic contact information only.   All Emphasys real estate software programs are 100% windows programmed, no data encryption that prevents you having complete backup of data and export capabilities are standard.

Support  Emphasys technical support is available for US$295.00 a year.  30 days free installation support comes with software purchase or upgrade.  RealtyStar Inc. provides an additional 30-days minimum of technical support with the purchase of new software.  Our policy is that as long as you are running the version of AgentOffice that you bought from us, we will provide you with free support.  If you bought elsewhere, you are not eligible for free RealtyStar support.   To purchase our support, click here.  If you bought an earlier version from RealtyStar, but upgraded elsewhere, you can opt to renew RealtyStar Technical Support - 6 months for $119.00.   Free help is extended only to our loyal and constant clients.

Freight Options (estimated delivery time) refers to shipping method.  While most orders leave the same day, delays in production/shipping can happen - a 24 hour turn around time for order processing may apply.  UPS freight rates quoted do not include pre-ship delays.

Manuals -  An easy to understand and search Online Manual is included within your software.  It is also included in .pdf format and you can print sections as desired.

RETURN POLICY: 

There is a no return policy from the manufacturer, however if you buy NEW SOFTWARE through RealtyStar we have instituted a 7-day RETURN POLICY on shipped software PROVIDING IT HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED.  Software delivered via Download is not eligible for return or refund.

If your software is UNREGISTERED and if you have RECEIVED A VALID RMA NUMBER AFTER REQUESTING SAME VIA OUR ONLINE FORM AT www.realtystar.com/rma.htm,  then you can return AgentOffice software for a refund within 7 DAYS OF THE DATE THE SOFTWARE WAS DELIVERED. Freight is non-refundable and a standard $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

To save everyone time and money, we recommend that PRIOR TO PURCHASE that you demo AgentOffice software  so you can test the software before you purchase.   

Further to pre-ordering demo, if you buy then load your software it loads in DEMO MODE and you have the opportunity to test it before registering, once it is loaded on your computer.  REGISTERING VOIDS YOUR RETURN POLICY. 

All other AgentOffice products are non-refundable, including upgrades, add assistants and  technical support renewals.  The manufacturer has a strict no return policy in place.
