| About Taxes & Freight |
| Except for shipments to Canada, tax is not charged. Canadian shipments must pay GST. Tax charged by FNRES for AgentOffice upgrades is applicable and is added to your purchase. Tax is applicable on Broker BackOffice Pro from FNRES. You pay ONLY the tax we are charged.
Freight rates DO vary slightly - AND ARE PER ITEM in most cases. Adjustments will be made where necessary (various mfgr's - various items) on one order will require freight adjustment. |

NON-RETURNABLE - NON REFUNDABLE: Upgrades, Manuals, Replacement Items, Downloaded Product and Customized Products are non-refundable.
Unless SPECIFICED on your order page, assume a no return policy is in effect.
FNRES AgentOffice Software is available to view before purchase as a demo. There is a no refund policy in place on this software by the manufacturer.
General Policy is that software must be returned UNOPENED within 14 days, unless otherwise stated. Freight is non-refundable in all cases.
OTHER: A maximum 15% Restocking Charge may be applied to returns in accordance with Manufacturer's Agreements.
